Mike was phenomenal as well and explained everything on the finance side crystal clear. Everyone down to the lot attendant who put my plate on and the friendly receptionist were great. If this dealership wasn't so far away I would have put in an application while I was there. A 10/10 experience and a bench mark for other dealerships to strive for. More

After a bunch of test drives at different dealerships we came to Ide VW on a recommendation from a friend. David spent a couple hours with my fiancé going over the car and taking three test drives. When it came time to talk pricing/financing/etc. David was a huge help and was able to work out a fabulous deal for a new Golf Sportwagen. One thing absent (which I really appreciated) was the sales pressure that staff usually put on prospective buyers. We both felt very comfortable with David from start to finish and we really felt like he had our best interests at heart. We will certainly buy from him again! More
