Have had some warranty work done recently on a new 2024 Tiguan on a few areas of exterior that was transport to dealership damage. A few scratches and some window trim replacement. Joe is very customer oriented and his service advisor team along with the on site detail shop follows his lead on this approach. Not my first newly purchased VW but first from Ide. My 2015 golf failed inspection March 1 due to a emissions problem covered by warranty. It's August and no response from dick ide on when the part will come in. They don't even call me back. I do appreciate that but I still have no resolution to the issue. More
