David sold a car to my mom about 2 years ago and my dad told me to go to him for my new car. He was very kind and helpful. He gave us a good price on the car and offered to hand in my old license plates. His service was very professional and I enjoyed working with him. Now I have a great new car and am happy I went to Dick IDE! More

I hating wasting my time sitting in a dealership, they made it easy by being available via text, having the cars ready for me to drive when I arrived and by doing the back office work before I arrived. I was not an easy customer to get financed. And after being treated very, very bad at a competing Volkswagen dealer I was ready to give up. Ide treated me with respect and worked hard to get me into a vehicle. 2 days after I traded in my old car I realized I left glasses of some value in the trade in vehicle and David retrieved them for me right away. We never once f Our car buying experience at Ide Volkswagen was by far the easiest one yet. David was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. We never once felt pressured to just pick a car, he made sure we found exactly what met our needs. David followed up with us several days later to see if we had any questions and asked us to contact him if anything came up. Our buying experience with Mike was equally great, he was friendly and very efficient. Without hesitation, I would recommend David, Mike, and Ide Volkswagen! More

David helped us with our purchase over the phone so that after our 5 hour drive to pick up the car we just had to sign and then drive (just like the commercial). Beautiful facility and the transaction could not have gone better. I would highly recommend this dealership. More

Th We narrowed down our car decision with the VW Jetta as our first choice. Primary requirements were CPO, sporting-ness, dealer reputation, and cost. The first 3 were a given. The last, cost, was critical. I/We wanted to make a purchase, given our research, with the knowledge we paid a "fair" price for the vehicle. David was great to work with. Professional and welcoming to the whole family (important because the car was for our son & daughter). Made the experience at Ide VW awesome. More
