David was hands I live in Albany NY, about 4 hours away from IDE Volkswagen. David and Mike couldn't have made this process any easier and worry free. David was hands down the best salesman I have ever worked with, and that's including the salesmen at MY dealership! Mike was phenomenal as well and explained everything on the finance side crystal clear. Everyone down to the lot attendant who put my plate on and the friendly receptionist were great. If this dealership wasn't so far away I would have put in an application while I was there. A 10/10 experience and a bench mark for other dealerships to strive for. More

VW Jetta Lease Dave was great right from the beginning. We told him what we were interested in and signed the deal within 15 minutes after our test drive. The lease Dave was great right from the beginning. We told him what we were interested in and signed the deal within 15 minutes after our test drive. The lease deal was just what they'd advertised (we'd checked out some other dealer lease's and none of them were as advertised). Dave was thorough with follow up and a pleasure to deal with. More

After a bunch of test drives at different dealerships we came to Ide VW on a recommendation from a friend. David spent a couple hours with my fiancé going over the car and taking three test drives. When it came time to talk pricing/financing/etc. David was a huge help and was able to work out a fabulous deal for a new Golf Sportwagen. One thing absent (which I really appreciated) was the sales pressure that staff usually put on prospective buyers. We both felt very comfortable with David from start to finish and we really felt like he had our best interests at heart. We will certainly buy from him again! More

Their TV commercials about covering servi David just helped me leased my 4th VW Passat. This was my first time at Ide and it was a great experience! Their TV commercials about covering service maintenance made me check them out. I went there knowing exactly what I wanted. David clearly explained and answered all questions I had about the newest features on the Passat. This was the easiest car leasing experience I have ever had. When I arrived to pick up the car David was organized and had the car all set for me to go. I highly recommend Ide VW !!! Keep up the great customer service Ide!! Shawne F More
