In a couple days, he had it ready to test drive. I bought it the next day. Dave was excellent in the negotiation, straight and clear with his comunications, and accurate in his estimation of how long each step was going to take. He's a real pro. This was the first time I ever felt like the sales person (David Ruzhansky) was there to assist me. He was fast and efficient, no games. The vehicle I purchased (2015 Golf GTI) is the finest I've owned, especially for the money (I've previously owned a 2001 BMW E39, 525i). When I purchased the vehicle it had some lot damage and the team immediately went to work to fix any and all of it without question. Each time I've gone for service the staff has been very friendly and helpful. This is a quality dealership with a quality product and even better...quality people. More
