Zero hassles on this purchase I stopped by last week because I have been looking at Jettas. My last one lasted 10 years and still runs well. I told David what I wanted, and he only showed me what I asked for. He was helpful in going through my options. He saw a car on the lot that hadn't been certified yet. In a couple days, he had it ready to test drive. I bought it the next day. Dave was excellent in the negotiation, straight and clear with his comunications, and accurate in his estimation of how long each step was going to take. He's a real pro. Evan took me through the paperwork in minutes with no cheesy upsells! A first! I have never purchased a vehicle from a dealership as quickly and as hassle free. Thanks Dave! More

David worked him magic and came back with a quote less than our price limit for a car with more features than I expected. From the time he met us in the car lot yesterday to the time I drove away in my new car today, David was a joy to work with- went over every detail with clarity and patience. More

High level of professionalism from beginning to end My experience with this dealership, and more specifically David Ruzhansky, was the easiest and most pleasant of all dealerships that I've been to. Th My experience with this dealership, and more specifically David Ruzhansky, was the easiest and most pleasant of all dealerships that I've been to. They were polite, professional, and courteous. They went out of their way to meet my limited availability to pick up the car, and I'm extremely appreciative of the efforts the went through to do so. I would recommend David and this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle. More

I normally advocate for Toyota and probably always will, but I LOVE my new Jetta! The dealer (David Ruzhansky) was very knowledgeable and helpful. He worked within our budget and got us free oil changes for life! Both my husband and I are new customers to the Ide family dealership and we left very impressed with the selection and services they offered. We will not hesitate to recommend this dealership to our family and friends. So far it has been a smooth ride dealing with Ide VW. Just waiting on new floor mats but other than that they took great care of us!! Thanks Ide Volkswagen!! More

Great experience from start to finish From start to finish our experience was fantastic. We never felt pressure to buy and yet we felt very well taken care of by our sales associate. He From start to finish our experience was fantastic. We never felt pressure to buy and yet we felt very well taken care of by our sales associate. He never steered us toward the pricier cars and was always happy to find yet another car for us to test drive! (We test drove quite a few). Even as we looked at purchasing additional warranty coverage for our car, our sales manager never pressured us. In the past we have dreaded visiting car dealerships. Not this time! I think we've found our car dealer for years to come! More

We called ahead, and David Ruzhansky was waiting for us when we arrived, and had the car we were interested in already running and ready for a test drive. His sales experience and customer service was so impressive and he made the entire process easy and painless. We found the car we were looking for and had top-notch service for a great price! This was the first time I ever felt like the sales person (David Ruzhansky) was there to assist me. He was fast and efficient, no games. The vehicle I purchased (2015 Golf GTI) is the finest I've owned, especially for the money (I've previously owned a 2001 BMW E39, 525i). When I purchased the vehicle it had some lot damage and the team immediately went to work to fix any and all of it without question. Each time I've gone for service the staff has been very friendly and helpful. This is a quality dealership with a quality product and even better...quality people. More
