The process of buying the new Subaru was easy and handled well at the dealer, but the first service was not good. An accessory was not installed properly requiring another visit for repair. No one suggested rebooting the computer which is the first thing I would have thought of (which would entail resetting all systems and presets in the vehicle again). It seems there is inadequate training by Subaru for the complex systems in their vehicles. More

Even though there are inventory issues across the industry, we were fortunate to visit the dealership on a day where a new car that had previously been "reserved" became available. Even though we were looking for an automatic and this car was a standard transmission, that was the only aspect of the car that wasn't ideal. Ken, the sales rep we worked with, was professional, courteous and accommodating. Both the sales and finance department were great to work with in coming to an agreement to lease the car. Normally when you go to a dealership you brace yourself for a battle - Sport Subaru South was the opposite of that stereotype and was instead, everything we could have hoped for in meeting our needs.
