Craig Jr was a exceptional good listener in regards to what I was looking for and was able to help me with my search for the type of vehicle I wanted. I had a lot of questions and he was very patience and what I was looking for and was able to help me with my search for the type of vehicle I wanted. I had a lot of questions and he was very patience and professional in giving me an answer. He was able to direct me to what I was looking for spite he was also working with another customer. When I was ready to do a road test he had another Advisor to go with me on that drive. And once completed, he took back over. Job well done. The other Advisor was great as well I do not remember his name, he was very informative and helpful in answering my questions as well, very patience as well. I felt very comfortable with both of them, neither one of them were pushy are rushful in trying to get a sale but was very attentive to my need in what I was looking for. Great Job to the both of you. I thought it was a nice touch that Mr.Craig came up and introduce himself to me and thank me for shopping there and purchasing a vehicle which made me feel good about doing business with BMW of West St. Louis. We bought our first BMW from Brandon in his first year at West County. I think we've bought 5 or 6 others since then. When I was looking for a new vehicle about 18 months ago, he spent significant time wit West County. I think we've bought 5 or 6 others since then. When I was looking for a new vehicle about 18 months ago, he spent significant time with us, eventually finding the right 5-Series for us in their in process pre-orders so we'd get it sooner than if we had ordered it at that time. He's currently looking for another car to replace one I foolishly traded in a couple years ago & have regretted ever since. He's our guy!!! More
