Great Customer Service I went to the dealer on my lunch just to look. David Schimmel approached me when I walked in. He was both professional and courteous. David and I test I went to the dealer on my lunch just to look. David Schimmel approached me when I walked in. He was both professional and courteous. David and I test drove 4 cars during my lunch hour. After I picked out the car, he then let me drive the vehicle for a week to make sure that was the car I wanted. I've worked in customer service for 26 years....it's refreshing to receive excellent customer service. David is a shinning star and a true asset to the Ray Skillman brand. He has a customer for life in me. More

David Schimmel was incredibly helpful. He was the only salesman at any other lots we looked at that day who didn't look down at us, or treat us like dirt because we was incredibly helpful. We where in a bind, and had very specific requirments. David was kind, didn't treat us poorly, and was very helpful. We walked out of there with a car that day. More
