Found a a car we loved. Bought it that day. We did notice when we were there that there was a missing air vent, no big deal. They said the mail us one. The are very customer Bought it that day. The are very customer centric on the sales side….balloons, drinks, snacks, even get to ring a bell after your purchase. They were selling cars left and right. Things started to get a little squirrelly when we were signing paperwork (with the finance manager). After I walked out and was ready to leave, he worked something out with my husband. On the way home (1.5 hours north) I noticed the side passenger mirror didn’t work (couldn’t adjust it and blinker in it didn’t work) so couldn’t see cars to my right. Noticed the touch screen for radio and etc only worked on about a 1/4 of it. Alignment was off and brakes were squeaking. That night noticed front headlight was out. Also noticed that a plug in one of the chairs was missing. Keep in mind that it is a pre-certified by Chevy, supposedly. The salesman was really nice though. Not his fault they have poor service side. I reached out to the GM and never heard back from him. Our sales person had someone pick up our car and give us a loaner. They had the car for 2 weeks. I get that parts are hard to come by bc of the strike. However, when we got the car back the alignment is still off, they put a plug in the arm of the chair that was a different color and didn’t match any of the rest. Didn’t bother to tell me but when I asked I was told that the black was out of stock. Funny since I found them on Amazon. There is no way that car was given a proper inspection. There was too many things wrong with it. The put all their focus on sales but if you car needs service, forget about it. Due to the warranty I have no choice to return to them. I have never seen such a horrible service department. Then i noticed that the front driver has rust all over the brackets that hold the seat to the car. It doesn’t even match the rest of the seats. It’s so different that a trim cap can’t even be placed on it. What happened to the passenger seat, why does it have rust on it? Who knows!!! Take your business elsewhere More
