Scott Wayman McElveen is a wonderful, professional sales person. He guided me through choosing my 2026 NX350 helping with the paperwork, delivery and schooling me about the car when he delivered it and took person. My purchasing experience could have been better. I very much dislike when the sales person has to run back and forth to their manager to get approval for a deal. That's a very old car sales tactic, I very much dislike when the sales person has to run back and forth to their manager to get approval for a deal. That's a very old car sales tactic, and I'm shocked that a dealership that sells premium vehicles in 2025 still uses that tired old game which was used on me when I purchased my first new car in 1975. Frankly, I found it insulting to my intelligence. Also, the upselling from the finance manager that took place after completing the purchase of my new vehicle was equally appalling. I realize why it was done AFTER completing the sale, because if they did that during the purchasing process, I would've walked away. My advice from a customer's viewpoint is be better than that. As far as recommending TC Lexus, I'll reserve that decision until after I've experienced the treatment I receive from them when my new Lexus needs maintenance or repairs. Service after the sale will be the difference maker for me. I'm disappointed that I was never even introduced to the dealership's service manager, so I consider that to be a big miss too. Unfortunately, this survey forces me to complete the recommendation portion, so that also forces me to NOT be able to recommend the dealership (at this time). As I stated in my previous comment, I would have preferred to remain neutral on my recommendation option at this time. More

Randy was terrific as my sales representative. I had visited two other nearby dealers and did not feel satisfied with my sales associates or the experience. I would highly recommend to ask for Randy when shopping for a Lexus. More
