He enjoys spending his time in church, playing shooting sports, camping, and fishing. His favorite vehicle is his very own 2010 Nissan Titan PRO-4X. He has been in the auto industry for 19 years. Service Dept Took my vehicle to dealership service dept because of timing issues. What was to cost under $200 turned into over $700 and I still had to have someone Took my vehicle to dealership service dept because of timing issues. What was to cost under $200 turned into over $700 and I still had to have someone else repair it for the same reason it was at Nissan. After trying in vain to reach the Service dept spokesperson on the original day it was to be ready, I had to have someone drive me there to see him in person. He offered me a rental, which certainly helped. He said that I did not need to call him to see if my vehicle was ready, that he would call me. Service dept spokesperson had called me the morning it was ready to be picked up and said it was "put back together". He then told me that I needed to replace a part that I had recently replaced only a week before and that, on top of over $700, it would cost over $1000. I told him it was too much. He said it would hesitate to start, but would eventually. When I asked him when I could pick it up, he said it wouldn't be ready until the afternoon. ???? If it was put back together in the morning (about 9am), why was it not ready then? After I thought about this experience, it seemed like I was being pressured into having more and more service done. Repeat customer I have been using Newton for over 2 years now. I bought a new vehicle back in 2013 and a nice quality used one yesterday. There is never any pressure, I have been using Newton for over 2 years now. I bought a new vehicle back in 2013 and a nice quality used one yesterday. There is never any pressure, they let you drive the deal and conversation. The team really seems to find the sweet spot when dealing with people. I can't speak highly enough of David Stone in the parts and service department. I also worked with Dave Holle in sales and it was a smooth afternoon. Anthony is finance is the best, super friendly and lightning fast with the finance process. I'm sure the next vehicle I buy will be from this dealership. More

Exceptional Service Today, I went in for a scheduled oil change. David Stone was my adviser, and as always he was extremely helpful. He got me in and out in 30 minutes, but not only had my oil change done, also went out of his way to have my front driver's side door tightened and lubed without me asking! My wife and I have bought 4 cars from this dealership, only come here to get serviced, and not once have had a bad experience.
