We were told we needed an oil change even though we had just changed it a month earlier with minimal driving. We then had our battery die two weeks later even though the dealer said it was in good cond just changed it a month earlier with minimal driving. I've been coming here for years and the last 4 times, one of the employees named David ,is always rude and short with me because I only get oil changes and sometimes tire rotation done with them. Also the l of the employees named David ,is always rude and short with me because I only get oil changes and sometimes tire rotation done with them. Also the last 2 times my car was done he purposely took his time with the paperwork to make me wait longer. I walked out to see what the hold up was, and him and a couple other employees were standing around chit chatting and one said "sshhh" as I walked in and they stopped talking . Very rude and disrespectful all because I can't afford to have them do any other work on my car except oil change when I receive a coupon in the mail. It's such a shame. I'm no longer coming to this location, that was my last straw. So unprofessional. More
