He was candid and that built trust. We were extremely pleased. Tessa was pleasant and informative, prior to our arrival, about the models available for viewing and test riding. David was attentive as the manager and was very practical and efficient in helping us close the sale. Charles was personable, not pushy in sales but very informative and very respectful of our time.
