The salespeople at Westside Lexus were VERY kind. However, everything felt super rushed on purchase AND delivery. I have purchased from two other Lexus dealerships in Houston with a much better exper However, everything felt super rushed on purchase AND delivery. I have purchased from two other Lexus dealerships in Houston with a much better experience. Maybe it's the nature of today's market? But, I did not receive adequate orientation for the vehicle before leaving the lot. . . EVERYTHING was rushed. . I understand the purchase was hasty because the market is really tight. However, on delivery day, loan papers were NOT ready, even though all bank info was provided THREE days prior. So there was a scramble and long, unnecessary wait time to take delivery, plus a lot of phone calls to the lender (with me en route to the dealership two hours away) that did NOT need to happen. Additionally, when I called for Lexus Certified service 4 days after delivery, Lexus did not have a record of me owning the vehicle. They still showed the previous owner listed and could not help me with roadside service (flat tire). The salesman could not help either, but was very polite about me calling him in the evening. He was also upset with my experience with Lexus Service. That didn't help me get home though. I would probably go back to Northside or Clear Lake Lexus again for a better experience. Again, the sales staff at Westside are friendly, but very rushed. It's an expensive purchase. More
