I was forced to choose a Lexus that I specifically said I didn’t want with black interior. I didn’t get to test drive. I am an out-of-state resident who found a used car located at Westside Lexus on cars.com. Needless to say, before making any purchase, I had to get a sense of the company, as to their competence a located at Westside Lexus on cars.com. Needless to say, before making any purchase, I had to get a sense of the company, as to their competence and trustworthiness, and did so by reading reviews of them on dealerrater.com, and other sites. Subsequent to my review, I felt that I was dealing with a company that placed a high value on professionalism, honesty, and excellent service. I sent an inquiry to them on the car for sale, and the inquiry was immediately replied to by David Wasaff, Sales Consultant. David was friendly, completely professional, thorough, and candid with me as to the condition of the car. Further, he sent a video of the car to me, to help answer questions that I had about the vehicle which were not addressed in the original listing. After advising David that I wished to purchase the car, I received from Financial Services Manager Sam Chau, an overnight package containing all the required sales documents no later than 24 hours after my decision. I contracted a transport service to have the car shipped to my home which is about 1600 miles from the dealership. The car was in beautiful, and excellent condition, and exceeded my expectations! Also it was delivered with a full tank of gas! Subsequent to my purchase of the car, I was contacted by Christian Davidson, Senior Financial Services Manager, who overnighted the final documents and title to my address. In this day and age it is rare to deal with a company that has Integrity, competence, trustworthiness, and an attentive staff. Westside Lexus is a five-star company that has all of the attributes listed above. More
