While I did have an issue with the cover itself, I had no issues with the excellent se I purchased a Toneau cover for my 2020 Ridgeline pickup truck. While I did have an issue with the cover itself, I had no issues with the excellent service on all levels from David and Heather. The equipment was not, as it turned out, what I wanted due to a couple of design issues. David bent over backward to accommodate my request for returning the cover even though is was not something that they would typically do since it was an after purchase accessory I had installed. I can't say enough about the service, cooperation and professional treatment I received from everyone at the dealership. It reinforced my feelings that I had chosen the right dealership to work with on buying my new truck. Thanks you David/Heather and service dept. More
