I really think it Honda’s way, I was on vacation in Florida over the summer, got a screw in my tire. I first went to tires plus and the want to sell me a new tire, right the bat. Not even the same one I had. I left and found the closest Honda dealership, drive in they were friendly and wanted to help. They said they would take a look at it,if they could fix it it would be $15.00 if they couldn’t they would come talk to me. I made myself comfortable with a drink they gave me and a snack. A shot time later the gentleman came out and said they fixed my tire. I paid and was on my way. When I was driving home I noticed a different sticker on my window. I checked my oil maintenance screen,when I left for Florida I was at 70% oil life. I was at 100%. I was so impressed😊 That just goes to Honda is pretty amazing in customer service! I work in customer service too. Lou Sobh,Honda is the best! More

First Oil Change Used on-line scheduling of appointment, which was convenient and efficient. I was "greeted" by name upon arrival at service department. Service depart Used on-line scheduling of appointment, which was convenient and efficient. I was "greeted" by name upon arrival at service department. Service department had clear understanding of service I had scheduled on-line. Work was done in reasonable time, expected time. All service personnel were polite, friendly and professional. Enjoyed their freshly ground coffee machine to treat myself to a latte while waiting. Check-out was easy. Work done was documented. Inspection results clearly stated. Car was exterior washed and waiting for me to drive easily out. More

Lou Sobh Honda is the BEST! I have been taking all of my vehicles ( not just Hondas) to Lou Sobh Honda since it opened. They are always professional, courteous, and timely. 5000 mile oil change, etc..took Started service at appointment time. Did the required service and did some adjustments on the lane control. It seems to work better. They be ver break. Lou Sobh is one of four Honda dealerships that I've done business with but Lou Sobh Honda is the opitome of great service and professionalism. My service advisor is usually Heather Cullen. She is the Cat's Meow! Over the weekend I had a service problem with one of my tires and I contacted Heather, but found her unavailable. I had the pleasure of meeting Bonnie Massengillle and the service manager David Wilke. They were also incredible. I am an insurance adjuster and have seen the very best to the worst. I'm buying my next car from Lou Sobh Honda because of the many pleasant experiences. GREAT JOB LOU SOBH! More

Above and Beyond, the Lou Sobh folks are just awesome! I had a complicated (early lease turn-in and purchase of used Pilot) transaction that took place on the last day of May - everyone from Alex by email I had a complicated (early lease turn-in and purchase of used Pilot) transaction that took place on the last day of May - everyone from Alex by email to Andrea in Sales to Reza in Finance (and I forgot other finance guy's name, oops but he was very helpful too.) The Lou Sobh Team helped make me a very happy camper. Even after an issue with the 'new' (used) vehicle arose they were "on it!" It is no wonder that this is our 4th Honda from these guys and gals.
