David was great. Worked with him to order an X5M. I was so worried it would be a stressful process, trying to secure an order for an already limited production car with all the supply chain issues, but it so worried it would be a stressful process, trying to secure an order for an already limited production car with all the supply chain issues, but it was so easy. David told me as soon as they had an allocation available and we quickly worked together to get the order placed. Not only could he get us what we wanted, we also got the best price at Rallye. David kept me updated throughout the build and worked around our schedule to expedite pickup of the car. It was a great experience with David and the team at Rallye. David was an absolute pleasure to deal with. My family and I have been using following David throughout his dealership career and when he moved to Rallye we made sure we ordered 2 more cars from him. David was very attentive and knew what options we wanted on our X5 and M340i. He kept us informed of the build process and delivery times and even went above and beyond when we had to transfer our out of state tags. The M340i was the first one in NY and he made sure to make the delivery experience special. David was very knowledgeable of all of the new features and functions of the car. We had a service issue on the M340i and David personally inspected the car and coordinated with the service department to ensure it was fixed property and ready for pickup before we came in to retrieve the car. David Yavel is by far the best Sales Advisor we have dealt with in over 20 years of buying BMWs. More

My wife and I went to Rallye BMW and left a deposit on a new car. I was threatened via text message by this salesman. I was told to wash my mouth out before I speak to him again. DO NOT DEAL WITH HIM. His managers leave even more to be desired as after I reported this incident I was told he will be retained and continue to serve customers at Rallye. This is the Rallye customer experience they offer. They hold their employees to no standards and act as if they are doing the customer a favor by merely allowing them to do business with Rallye. Sad and unfortunate for what was once a stellar company. More
