If I could give Jimmy 100 stars, I would! From the moment I walked in, he greeted me like I was the most important person in the room (which, let’s be honest, I kind of am). I felt like I was being guided by the Jedi Master of sales. He was patient, insightful, and really listened to my needs—almost like he had a crystal ball. But better, because he didn’t charge me for it. 😅 On top of being a sales genius, Jimmy's humor is next-level. I think I laughed more in that 30-minute chat than I did all year. I came in for a new gadget and left with a smile (and, of course, a great deal). Jimmy knows how to make the whole buying process feel like a breeze, and I’m pretty sure he could sell sand in a desert—if he wasn’t already too busy making my shopping experience unforgettable. 10/10, would recommend. Overall, I had a pleasant experience. I arrived early on a Saturday morning and it was already busy. I did my homework before coming in so I knew what I wanted and what I was willing to p I arrived early on a Saturday morning and it was already busy. Of course it took a couple of hours to test drive and arrive at an agreeable price but I left the dealership with the car I came in to see. Julian (sales manager) was a pleasure to deal with and entertained the numbers I had in mind to pay. Ahad was helpful and took care of us even though he had other customers. I am a first time VW owner and look forward to continued business with this dealership. More
