Had a low tire indication. Was close to your facility so drove in to get air put in tire and a plate tightened under the car. They found a screw-in the tire. I called to confirm my appointment after I made it online. The service member must have switched the date when he moved my time up a little. When I came for my appointment, they didn't have me schedu online. The service member must have switched the date when he moved my time up a little. When I came for my appointment, they didn't have me scheduled until late October. Once I showed my text message confirming my appointment for original date, Dawn was able to accommodate me and my repairs were done in a timely manner. She was very friendly and made me feel better after the little appointment mix-up. Also I didn't know my car was still covered under warranty, wish I would have know that. Reminders would be awesome to get certain time wearing repairs completed before warranty expires. More
