I really appreciate the professionalism and patience the BMW representatives, especially Dawn, had with. She was always communicative and didn’t mind being flexible. We start the process of purchasing my X4 BMW representatives, especially Dawn, had with. She was always communicative and didn’t mind being flexible. We start the process of purchasing my X4 around Jaunuary and she helped me and kept me updated every step of the way. I wish I would have had the opportunity to experience pickup from the Galleria. Buying a new car can be stressful, unless you're at Galleria BMW. Dawn has been exceptionally personable and helpful, that's why I stuck with her for my 2nd M car from Galleria. From placing order , ge Galleria BMW. Dawn has been exceptionally personable and helpful, that's why I stuck with her for my 2nd M car from Galleria. From placing order , getting updates, to trading in and taking delivery ...every step was smooth and transparent. Selling car is only one part of the experience, but their service department deserves nothing but praise. So far everything has been done well . Would recommend Dawn without any reservations whoever wishes to have a great experience getting their dream car. And last but not the least, the M3 Comp xDr is mind blowing...if someone is on the fence about getting a performance sedan the new M3 will not disappoint, and will make you smile EVERYTIME you step inside.
