We had an excellent experience working with Galleria BMW for our custom BMW X5 order. From the beginning, the team was extremely responsive and made sure every detail of our build matched exactly what we for our custom BMW X5 order. From the beginning, the team was extremely responsive and made sure every detail of our build matched exactly what we wanted. We even requested a few configuration changes after production had already started, and they went above and beyond to accommodate those changes. We are located in Charlotte, NC, while the dealership is in Mississippi, but the entire process was handled online and could not have been easier. The team made everything seamless, including handling the North Carolina vehicle registration paperwork for us. They also covered both the vehicle shipping and registration-related shipping costs, which was a huge plus. The car was delivered in just about six weeks from the time we placed the order. It arrived with a full tank of gas, fully charged, and in perfect condition. What impressed us most was how smooth and stress-free the entire experience was despite being an out-of-state purchase. The communication was excellent throughout the process, and we always felt taken care of. Love, love, love the service we received. We would absolutely recommend Galleria BMW to anyone looking to purchase a BMW, regardless of which state they are located in. More
