Within only a few hours, she had helped us decide on a new vehicle that was already in production. She took the time to coach us on how to download the BMW app and track the production process, keeping us updated with what felt like day-by-day progress reports. When the vehicle arrived, she immediately sent pictures and videos so we could share in the excitement. When we came to the dealership, everything was seamless — the paperwork was ready, the numbers matched exactly what we had discussed, and the entire process was efficient from start to finish. From walking in the door to driving away in our new BMW took just about an hour and a half.
