This was my first BMW and it was a great experience! As soon as you step through the door you’re treated like your business is actually valued. Katie Zazzara helped me through the ordering process and kept me up to date as my vehicle moved through the process. She has a great attitude and seems to really love BMW. On pick up day I had a last minute scheduling conflict and they were able to get me out the door on time. Buying a new car should be a fun experience and it definitely was. Katie did a great job I’m presentation and service in completing the sale. Also kudos to the service side. The experience was dampened by the push of additional services by the Finance partner.
