Over the last few months I have been trying and trying to trade out of my car. I’ve always felt hesitant with dealerships, felt pressured to get into something I did not want, or felt pressured to make a hig trade out of my car. I’ve always felt hesitant with dealerships, felt pressured to get into something I did not want, or felt pressured to make a higher payment that I did not want. That all changed when I trusted in DeMarko at Mark Kia. He told me to trust his guidance and explained the entire process to me thoroughly. Sure enough less than a few hours after contacting him I was driving away in a brand new 2023 Kia Forte. I did not have to go into the dealership during the beginning and he took as much information as he could from me until I had to bring my trade since I was working. All the other dealerships just kept asking what time do I want to set a appointment, but DeMarko listened to me and gave me an idea of what to look forward to. He said he would stay late until I get off work to help with the appraisal of my car. He was personable and professional. This was the first time I ever felt confident walking away from a big purchase and not second guessing it. There is not doubt once you let him know what you are wanting and looking for he will not hesitate to get it done for you.
