Just purchased a 2022 Kia Telluride from DeMarko at Mark KIA in Scottsdale and I have to say it was the most pleasant and straight forward car buying experience I have ever had. I normally abhor the process KIA in Scottsdale and I have to say it was the most pleasant and straight forward car buying experience I have ever had. I normally abhor the process of buying a car: From the slippery sales tactics, to the pressure, to the general feeling of ick that usually accompanies the entire affair. Absolutely NONE of that applied here. DeMarko was upfront, knowledgeable, and very personable. In fact, he was downright friendly. The best part is that it didn't stop there: When it was time to move onto the Finance Dept., Juan R. continued the trend of excellent customer service. He too was very friendly and accommodating. He got me a great rate on my loan and progressed quickly, yet informatively through the mandatory process of offering warranties. Sometimes this can be the worst part of buying a car as one gets bombarded with high pressure add-ons and ill-advised warranty plans. Instead, I was pleased with how streamlined and honest Juan was throughout this process. There were no sneaky hidden "offerings" and absolutely no pressure to purchase the warranty--which I readily did anyways because KIA quite literally has one of the best, if not the best, warranties in the entire industry. I can't state enough how pleasant this entire process was and I will ABSOLUTELY recommend this dealership to everyone who will listen. Five Stars! You guys deserve it! More
