Had an appointment at 9 am. Drove and hour to get there . Was there on time and waited for 2.5 hours for an oil change that my vehicle told me was time for . Then told by guy in Drove and hour to get there . Was there on time and waited for 2.5 hours for an oil change that my vehicle told me was time for . Then told by guy in the boonie hat I came too early and I messed myself out of a free oil change by doing so. That was the worst experience ever and no one was nice there and honestly very rude folks . I’ll find somewhere else to take my Santa fee even if it cost me money. They were rude to everyone in waiting area as well. Terrible all through the entire place . More

Told my wife we needed to replace air filter car has 20,000 miles never been on a dirt road, charged me 35.15 for a $18 cabin air filter,$42.67 for a $22.00 air filter and $43.70 for labor that was a ri 20,000 miles never been on a dirt road, charged me 35.15 for a $18 cabin air filter,$42.67 for a $22.00 air filter and $43.70 for labor that was a rip off I had checked both filters last week before the service visit. So much for free oil changes when you get robbed on filters and labor. That won’t happen again. I am disappointed that your service department has to rip customers off. More
