They took me as a unscheduled appointment. My driver side window was down and would not come up. I was told when I bought my car I would be provided with a loaner car if I had to leave my car for service or repair. That has not happened! So I feel as though I was misled on that aspect. Couldn’t fix my air conditioner because of their machine. Sent it to Mitchell Nissan. All they do d was replace the Freon. It was blowing hot air by the time we made it to the circle. Paid around $150. The p Sent it to Mitchell Nissan. All they do d was replace the Freon. It was blowing hot air by the time we made it to the circle. Paid around $150. The problem is the compressor! I wasted all afternoon and $148.97 for Freon which I could have had it checked and put in here, at home for $80. I asked for a check up and that’s all I got. Needless to say, I will not be back!! More
