I was told when I bought my car I would be provided with

Thank you for your review and your service business. There is a currently a shortage of inventory which has wiped out our loaner fleet. We are currently trying to purchase vehicles to be able to loan but the availability is slim. We hope to be able to have loaners available in the future.
