When I pulled in to the service department Dean Block was ready to handle my service request. He had all the information for my service and readily explained what was going to happen in the maintenance bin. ready to handle my service request. He was polite, professional, and gave you a good feel about who was taking care of my car. The dealership is always bright, clean and has the feeling of good friends looking after your vehicle. The waiting room is always clean and makes you feel like you are sitting in your living room. When my car was ready Dean told me what they fixed and what to do if I have the same issues again with the Bluelink system. He had the paperwork ready for my signature and informed me they had washed my car. I was again one of Mitchell Hyundai satisfied customers. More

So let me start off by saying, that not only is this dealership professional, but they’re also kind and friendly as well. From the start of the purchase of my vehicle back in January, to them looking at dealership professional, but they’re also kind and friendly as well.
