When I pulled in to the service department Dean Block was ready to handle my service request. He had all the information for my service and readily explained what was going to happen in the maintenance bin. ready to handle my service request. The waiting room is always clean and makes you feel like you are sitting in your living room. When my car was ready Dean told me what they fixed and what to do if I have the same issues again with the Bluelink system.
