I've visited many other luxury dealerships in the metro area and this is one of the most friendliest down to earth group of folks you will ever meet. Some other dealerships have the stiff, what are you even doing in here presence when you walk in. However, this dealership makes you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in the door with no pressure. (Shayla Williams) I can't give enough praise to Jim Holthaus (my sales guy who came in on his day off AFTER i purchased my ML350 to complete my vehicle walk through), Dean Cunningham (the most honest sales manager I've met who loves helping customers and goes above and beyond), and Allen Belcher in finance (friendly, knowledgeable and a straight shooter who looks out for the best interests of the customer). I'm so glad I decided to purchase at this dealership because they have the best quality certified used Mercedes vehicles in the area and you will receive the best service. Do yourself a favor and compare the certified inventory of other dealerships in the area with the vehicles at Annapolis. Annapolis handpicks the best vehicles and it is easily apparent.
