We test drove two vehicles on two separate days - and in both cases the cars were ready to go upon arrival. Darnell's knowledge of the car and all its tech features was apparent from the get-go - and once we decided we wanted to purchase, Darnell was very helpful in finding a specific vehicle that met our specs so to speak. I would add that Darnell and management were very non "salesy" in their approach in that we never felt any of the pressure you often feel during the car buying process - this was very much appreciated! More

My husband bought his vehicle from MB of Annapolis and I brought him to pick it up yesterday. Julian goes above & beyond and reps MB as one would expect. My car was detailed after the inspection and cleaner today then when I left with it new from my previous dealership. I have been buying and servicing my previous MBs at a different location for the past several years. Despite Annapolis being twice as far, my husband & I agreed that all our future purchases and service will be at Annapolis MB. I can not make enough positive comments about Julian, but to summarize he is AWESOME! Allen made the purchasing portion seamless and a positive, stress free experience. He is also very knowledgable with tremendous experience & friendly. MB reputation proceeds itself, but the dealership and service center are what close the loop. Arella Berger is terrific! !! First of all, she is "customer-centric" as she made me feel comfortable with the experience of purchasing my first EV. I didn't sense that being !! I didn't sense that being with her was about the "sale" as much as it was about "my learning experience and comfort level" while we engaged in the process of her teaching me and allowing me to understand the benefits of purchasing an EV. She patiently and thoroughly walked me through the experience both in the showroom and during the "test drive." Putting all of this very simply, "You can relax when being with Arella as it is easy to like her and trust her." Thank you!!!
