Dean was absolutely awesome. He took the time to talk through what we were looking for as far as vehicle types and price range and was patient with my 18 year old son. He gave options in selecting the right vehicle and explain the difference between the two we were looking at. He explained the features on the vehicle and found the car with the safety features we were looking for. Great service! I thought Dean was great. I believe he made me a fair deal and gave great customer service. I did not feel pressured or talked down too. I picked up I thought Dean was great. I picked up my vehicle in the rain and the next morning I thought there were scratches on the bumper (I did try to remove them). I sent him a text and he said said he would get in contact with his manager. He did not allude that it could be my fault, he only offered working out a solution. Turned out, the "scratches" just needed a little more elbow grease so I did not need him to speak with his manager but I did appreciate his willingness to do so! More
