I picked up my vehicle in the rain and the next morning I thought there were scratches on the bumper (I did try to remove them). I sent him a text and he said said he would get in contact with his manager. He did not allude that it could be my fault, he only offered working out a solution. Turned out, the "scratches" just needed a little more elbow grease so I did not need him to speak with his manager but I did appreciate his willingness to do so! More
