I coasted in there unscheduled this week twice--once for a cat converter and another for a conversion meter. They ordered parts and got me scheduled as quickly as possible--let me leave my undrivable car th a cat converter and another for a conversion meter. DEANA HICKS WAS VERY PLEASANT AND HELPFULL. SHE WAS VERY EFFICIENT IN GETTING ME CHECKED IN AND OUT FOR MY APPOINTMENT AND WAS ABLE TO ANSWERE ALL MY QUESTIONS. I just had my 2017 Prius 3 serviced at 20000 miles. The oil change, filter, tire rotation & vehicle inspection took only 1 hour. The service writer was efficient & friendly & pricing was great. Durin The oil change, filter, tire rotation & vehicle inspection took only 1 hour. The service writer was efficient & friendly & pricing was great. During COVID until now I had a good reputation shop change the oil, filter & do the tire rotation 2 times, but I'll be returning to Spitzer once again for servicing from now on. Deana Hicks at Spitzer Toyota is always great! I had my 2019 RAV4 in for the 30K service and everything went smoothly.
