Mohawk Honda was a pleasure to deal with throughout the sales process. Jake Doyle was professional, courteous, and thoughtful in understanding my needs and did everything to make the experience as hassle-f sales process. Our sales consultant, Deanna, was both friendly and very helpful in finding the car and color we wanted. Getting the paperwork done was a bit confusing (they gave us someone else's sales contract for our r helpful in finding the car and color we wanted. Getting the paperwork done was a bit confusing (they gave us someone else's sales contract for our records) but what was in the computer was done quickly and accurately. Having a delivery consultant explain how things work was a new experience and much better than having a sales person do it in a hurry because they had another customer waiting. All in all, a satisfactory experience for first timers at the dealership. More
