Im completely disappointed. We thought we initially had a great experience. When we decided on a vehicle to purchase with Deanna, she sent us off to Brian for our financial pape We thought we initially had a great experience. When we decided on a vehicle to purchase with Deanna, she sent us off to Brian for our financial paperwork. Brian tried to sell us an extended warranty and extra packages with our vehicle. We politely declined. He continued to keep pushing his sales pitch, lowering the price on different packages. We continuously declined. He finally said, “Help me out here.. how about $5/month” for a protection plan for inside the vehicle. I finally said, “Fine. It’s just an extra $5.” Upon leaving, I asked where all of our financial paperwork was. Deanna told us not to worry, it’s in our glovebox. When we got on the highway in our new car, we noticed the vehicle was pulling to the right. We immediately called Deanna to let her know and to call us back concerning our vehicle. We never heard a response regarding the vehicle pulling to the right. When we arrived home over an hour away, we realized we never received the financial paperwork in the glovebox. There were simply cards to rate the experience. We didn’t get a bill of sale or even saw one at the dealership. We contacted Brian and heard nothing back. We then reached out to Deanna and she sent us the bill of sale. We noticed we were charged an additional $1275.00 on our bill of sale. We questioned it. It was the “$5/mo” package that Brian had lied to us about. What a shame. We felt taken for. I’ve never been so disappointed with a car buying experience. More
