Hassle free used car purchase, no run around, no haggle. They gave me high blue book value on my trade, let me keep my custom wheels on the new rig, and had the whole deal done in about 2 hours. Got wipers They gave me high blue book value on my trade, let me keep my custom wheels on the new rig, and had the whole deal done in about 2 hours. Got wipers replaced as well, and had a full tank of gas. NO complaints. Longest part of the wait was getting my insurance to add the new rig, and that was on me. Super professional, and will be back if I need another used vehicle. More

I’m reaching out to you to share my disappointment with the new findings of my 2020 GMC Sierra that I recently purchased from you last month. If you recall when I picked up my truck we noticed a touched the new findings of my 2020 GMC Sierra that I recently purchased from you last month. If you recall when I picked up my truck we noticed a touched up ding in the rear bumper and a indentation where the 2 sensors were replaced. Up to this point there was no mention of any damages to this truck through Carfax nor through the your dealerships certified used vehicle process. I took my truck to the Kern’s GMC in Winchester VA autobody shop to get the rear bumper repaired where the touch up had been placed and was just recently contacted that the impact on the rear bumper caused the bumper to twist resulting in some exhaust damage and other cosmetic damages that need to be repaired. This repair is costing me an addition $1500 to replace my bumper because the previous repair was correctly executed and paint was starting to peal.. I wasn’t anticipating purchasing a certified used truck that needed repairs, especially one the cost over $50,000. I trusted that Front Royal GMC a Certified GMC dealership would have done their due diligence to make sure they were upfront and honest with their customer on any imperfections and/or accidents that have occurred on a certified GMC vehicle. At this point, I feel that I was taken advantage of and I’m highly disappointed that I spent over $50k on this truck just to have it sent to the shop for 6 days. I’m not sure who needs to receive this email, but please feel free to pass this along to whomever oversees the customer relations and the Certified Used Car Division. From a sales prospective I don’t hold my sales representative responsible for this unfortunate circumstance and I greatly appreciate the professionalism and class she represented as an individual. More
