"Hybrid System Malfunction" Long story short, Chad and a colleague came and got us and towed it back. After speaking with several people about the issue and doing TONS or research online via phone, it was determined to be a VERY RARE situation. So, we continued to look at different Prius' and found one we liked that was a bit over what we wanted to spend. But after talking with Rich in finance, we were able to come to an agreeable price/interest rate. Aside from a minor hiccup with paperwork, everyone was awesome! More
