On March 25th, around 3:30 PM, I discovered I had a nail in one of the tires on my CR-V. This was an emergency because I was scheduled for a medical procedure at 9:00 AM the following day. As permitted, I was driving myself to the procedure and it was too late to try to get alternate transportation. I drove to Clinton Honda, spoke with Deborah Greenaway, my Service Advisor, she discussed the situation with one of the service technicians and they took care of the problem, even though it was almost 4:00 PM by the time I arrived and they were approaching the end of their work day. The tire could not be fixed, it had to be replaced. I am extremely grateful and appreciative for what was done for me on March 25th. I do not have the right words to describe this quality of service, all I can say is that it is beyond excellent. Thank You Deborah! Thank You Service Technician! Please accept my apology for taking so long to write a review. I have been dealing with some health issues including a short hospital stay. Thanks again. More
