Awesome Experience! My husband & I were looking for a vehicle that Otto did not have on their lot. Declan immediately went to work & within 2 days he was able to locate t My husband & I were looking for a vehicle that Otto did not have on their lot. Declan immediately went to work & within 2 days he was able to locate the Cadi we were looking for! The whole experience was great!! Most dealerships I have dealt with in the past would have pushed us to purchase a vehicle on their lot, not once was that even suggested! Declan understood what we were looking for & definitely delivered!! Declan & Ian were both amazing to deal with!! Definitely one of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had!! More

They were and continue to be very helpful with the Onstar application trying to resolve the issue. The service department, John, was so accommodating with recent service on my previous car, fitting me into the schedule and servicing the car. Very informative concerning vehicle information and answering questions about the new vehicle of interest. More

An Absolute Pleasure!!!! I walked into Otto with the expectation that my experience would be the same as every other dealership I've ever delt with, but boy was I wrong! I wa I walked into Otto with the expectation that my experience would be the same as every other dealership I've ever delt with, but boy was I wrong! I was greeted by a nice lady who offered me a cup of coffee and a smile. Then she introduced me to my salesman Declan, a fine young gentleman who chatted with me for a bit to find out just what I was looking for. The problem was I wasn't really sure what I was looking for! My original plan was to look at a used xts I saw on the website. Declan showed me the xts, and the cts. He was very thorough and knowledgeable about both models. He could tell that I really wasn't in love with either so he suggested we take a look at the ct6. They only had one ct6 left and that was the one on the showroom floor. I absolutely fell in love with the car! Declan again explained every feature to me and never once tried to pressure me into buying it, he only wanted to make sure that he found the right car for me. The ct6 was exactly what I was looking for. He ended up getting me a fantastic deal on a lease and I couldn't be happier. Ian, the finance manager, made the financing part of it quick and painless. He's a real class act. The whole experience was so pleasurable, from the moment I walked in the door, until the minute I drove off the lot. Thank you again Declan, Ian, and the whole Otto Cadillac staff!!! More

They were not pushy nor did they go with the "you have to come in" for us to answer questions we had. A lot of info was passed via email which is great to see since most dealers have yet to enter the 21st century when it comes to car shopping, but otto has! They were very patience with her taking time to make her decision. There was no push from Steve. Overall great experience I would definitely send folks over to see these guys. More

Onstar Hotspot not working My wife and I were on a trip from Holland, Michigan to Albany, NY visit our son. Before we left Michigan, I ordered the $20.00 unlimited Onstar Hotspo My wife and I were on a trip from Holland, Michigan to Albany, NY visit our son. Before we left Michigan, I ordered the $20.00 unlimited Onstar Hotspot Wifi. During our trip the Hotspot stopped working. We called Onstar on multiple occasions over the course of two days to no avail. We found Otto Cadillac in Albany and stopped in on Saturday to see if they could diagnose the problem. We did not have an appointment, but they graciously decided to take a look at it.Declan along with John, worked tirelessly to try to find why we lost the Hotspot. Neither had any customers previously with this issue. After much "research", Declan found some information that suggested disconnecting the battery briefly to "reset" everything might work. I was cautioned that I might loose my memory settings, but told them to go ahead. That cured the issue, and I did not loose my memory settings. I even got a complimentary car wash to clean my XTS after the 900 mile trip. I can't say enough about this dealership in the way the dropped everything to help my issue, and would not give up until a solution was found. This is my second Cadillac, and when I'm in the market for another one, I will surely give them a chance to sell me one. This dealership is an asset to the not only to Cadillac, but GM in general. They informed me of several issues and printed me out a report. At no time did they even try to get me to have their department do the work, it was done just cause they cared. I in turn asked to look at what they had in pre owned and Declan showed me a few that would fit my budget. with in a few days I drove away on a new pre owned ATS.! This would not have happened if it were not for the courteous service I received from OTTO and its AMAZING TEAM!! Thank you so much! More
