But with the new Express I really like the new Express Service. When my car is due for an oil change, I am always putting off making an appointment. But with the new Express Service, I can easily bring the car in when I am in the area, no appointment needed. Peng and Dee are great at helping me figure out what I need done and making sure everything is done correctly. I actually continue to bring my car in to Subaru for these oil changes because of the help and service I've received from these two employees. Dee has helped me a number of times and he goes out of his way to make sure my service experience goes well. Peng was very helpful my most recent visit. More
