One employee was excellent , Josh in the service department . He went out of his way to help me. Another , Dee, just told me I would have to pay for a diagnostic test for every question I asked, department . He went out of his way to help me. When I picked my car up, they didn’t tell me that they didn’t rotate the tires. I didn’t know it until I got home and my husband saw that on the receipt. I should have checked the RECEIPT but I have never experienced a “non rotation of the tires. I called back and they told me why but my concern is that the back tires will wear out and need replacement. But maybe it is safer to drive with the good ones on the front. More

The service department employees are wonderful, knowledgeable, and ready to help any way they can!! I do have a suggestion though - customers who are interested in an Acura should be told from the knowledgeable, and ready to help any way they can!! It took a tire requiring a patch from another tire store for me to find out about the tire kit. The price of the kit and installation was not the amount I was quoted. More
