Excellent communication and service from Teana and Matt. If using a loaner car check the mileage. I drove 8 miles around Athens before returning my loaner and was told I drove 40 miles. I would have been charged for gas had I not filled it up. My paperwork said there were 127 miles on the rental car (which I didn't check), but I noticed the gas gauge was 390 miles to empty when I left the dealership and 390 miles to empty when I returned it. When I filled the tank, it read 450 miles. I'm pretty sure someone used the car before me and didn't record it. More

I have been dealing with the Athens Volvo dealership for five years now and for the first time and these five years, I was very disappointed with my recent visit to the service department there. Because I realize that one person‘s experience is not necessarily indicative of everyone’s experience. I’m always hesitant to leave a negative review for anyone so I will limit my comments just to say that and an effort to prevent doing that, I attempted to call and talk and speak with the general manager and express my concerns and unhappiness, and the reasons for my unhappiness. It was not a productive conversation, and left such a bad taste in my mouth. I’m sorry to say I will not be returning to the Athens Volvo dealership. More
