Amazing experience! Dejuan was amazing and offering us a great deal on a car that we needed the most. We were looking at a Chevy Malibu but we weren’t able to get it but Dejuan was amazing and offering us a great deal on a car that we needed the most. The dealership waited late for me to arrive from Vero Beach. They were very welcoming and thorough in the sales routine. The one thing that became an issue was that I didn't realize my foot 'must' to be Beach. They were very welcoming and thorough in the sales routine. The one thing that became an issue was that I didn't realize my foot 'must' to be pressed on the brake to start the car and be allowed to put it into a selected gear. My old car didn't require that step. I could start the car without the brake, but had to press the brake if I put it into a drive or reverse gear. After sitting in a traffic standstill for 2+ hours due to an accident ahead of us, I was unable to put the car into Drive when traffic started moving. It was a frantic situation for me, with impatient travelers anxiously wanting to drive on. I was alone, horrified and scared. My son was driving his truck in front of me, so he was unable to turn around to help me when I called him on my phone. ?? Somehow in my panic, I did the right thing and was able to proceed. PLEASE, be absolutely sure that car buyers, especially older patrons not used to the newest technology, understand this brake requirement issue. It may have had something to do with the theft control device. But, I was absolutely terrorized. Now that it is past me, I love my new car! More

The vehicle was delivered Friday, July 11th from Gainesville to Ocala. Oliver said the truck road great. I had knee surgery that day and have been laid up in a lot of pain since. I finally drove the vehicle today and it shakes horribly at speeds 50 and above. My local mechanic said they could try and balance them for $225, but the tires that are on it will never ride decent at highway speeds. I want AT tires and had them on my navigator. The rode decent at speeds over 80 mph. I test drove the 2018 you have as the 2014 was still in the shop being prepped. I rode really nice with the tires on it so I assumed it would be similar to the 2014 I purchased. I was also told I a came with a two year warranty, not so. A long road trip is out of the question as it is now. I was planning a trip to MN this fall. More
