Great sales person, very good overall experience We were looking to buy a new minivan, came to Toyota Sunnyvale (first time ever) based on some internet reviews and their informative website, but did We were looking to buy a new minivan, came to Toyota Sunnyvale (first time ever) based on some internet reviews and their informative website, but did not really expect more than a typical stressful, often irritating, dealership experience. What a surprise! Delon, our sales person, was unlike any other we met in the past -- impeccably professional, courteous, knowledgeable, also natural and friendly and fully focused on making sure that addressing our needs, questions, and worries was his highest priority. Delon made our car buying process an unexpected pleasure in all aspects. We did not interact much with other personnel, but if others there share the same values as Delon, it is truly an exceptional dealership. We also liked the well-organized processes at Toyota Sunnyvale (like the "10-point value guarantee") and the overall ambiance. What a comfortable car buying experience. We drove out in 2015 Toyota Sienna which we like a lot! More
