Upon arriving at the dealership, we were not pressured into looking at any cars and were free to walk around, which we preferred to do. When we did have questions, we asked the nearest employee, who happe into looking at any cars and were free to walk around, which we preferred to do. He drove us across the street to look at new cars and allowed us to continue looking at the selection freely, no pressure or forced demonstration of the car. We did not purchase a car that day, but we did return to the same dealership some days later because we were so pleased with the manners of the salesmen at Toyota Sunnyvale as opposed to other dealerships, where salesmen tended to follow us around and try to pressure us into buying cars we were not completely interested in. We specifically requested for Delon when we returned during the second visit, and he was just as nice as before. He had even remembered which car we were interested in from the week before. Sean helped us in finance - he was very patient and took the time to explain to us different care plans (more than once!). More

My car is routinely being serviced by your Toyota Care plus Maintenance dept ever since it was purchased in May of 2011. The latest check of 5,000 mileage was done on November 25, Monday, 2013.
