Sales and finance process okay, but after-sale experience VERY poor. Salesman did not take any time to explain operating features of new Silverado. He did not help me setup phone or on-line register the vehicle. His attempt to setup Onstar was unsuccessful as well. I had to rely on the operating manual to learn how to utilize the truck features. By the way, the operating manual is very weak and only outlines basic features. You have to download the full operating manual from a website and print it yourself which I discovered on my own. The saleman did not tell me about that either. Seems like if you buy a $60,000 truck they would give you a printed operating manual... More

I was having trouble with my teacher identification process, and Edward Reyes took the time to complete the process. I think it's ridiculous that you have to create an account, download a pay stub, etc process, and Edward Reyes took the time to complete the process. Good inventory, fair prices. But no training on the features of the vehicle. Could not get on star to work and had to come back the next day.
