I had visited and contacted two dealers here were I live in Naples and I could not get answers or response to my questions On the Miata I wanted . I looked up top Mazda Dealers and sport Mazda is rated Six in Naples and I could not get answers or response to my questions On the Miata I wanted . I looked up top Mazda Dealers and sport Mazda is rated Six in the country , so I hoped in my car and drove the three hours to Orlando on search of a great dealer, and they are !! It took me only 1 hr and 45 mins and papers were signed and my car was delivered right to my home in Naples . From the moment they presented the deal my sales representative Delvin Lliteras made sure it was right and easy . He even came to Naples with the car , showed me everything , made sure I was satisfied. This was the easiest car shopping I have every down. Before coming to Sport Mazda, I had a bad experience at another dealership where I felt pressured into buying one of their cars. They were even hiding a few, but big faults in one of the cars I was interes another dealership where I felt pressured into buying one of their cars. They were even hiding a few, but big faults in one of the cars I was interested in buying. Obviously, I didn't appreciate the fact that they weren't honest so I didn't buy their car. Then I came to Mazda and the story changed. I would like to say that one of the things that I appreciate the most about Delvin is his honesty. Working with him felt peaceful and not stressful at all.
